This practice is about guiding you from safety (bracing) to ease (freedom) — so your body can move the way it’s designed to, without force or strain.

In this workshop, I’ll introduce you to a whole new way of moving — one that works with your body, not against it.

You’ll discover:  

Hydration — gentle, coaxing, pulsing motions that release strain and rehydrate fascia for fluid movement.

Recoil — restoring your body’s natural spring through pandiculation, the alternative to stretching.

Release — self-emerging, strain-reducing movements to melt away stress and tension.

Unlike stretching, which tries to force muscles to lengthen, pandiculation works from the inside out. It’s a somatic process that engages your nervous system and fascia to release deep-held tension, restore fluid movement, and bring you back into ease.

I’m Yasmin Lambat, a Master Somatic Movement Educator and pioneer of fascia-informed pandiculation.

I’m known for the simple way in which I guide people to their embodied intelligence. 

I have been guiding people for over 2 decades and have a particular calling to help women going through midlife changes looking to reclaim their love for movement and freedom without force or fixing.
