You’ve been holding everything together.
Not noticing how your body holds strain.
The body is always adapting to the energy demands placed upon it.
Sometimes holding more than it can restore.
Not because it is broken.Â
Because it is trying to conserve energy.
Every cell.
Every tissue.
Every process.
The body is constantly asking:
What is the least costly way to stay alive?
This is biological intelligence.
Shaping how we move.
How we feel.
How much energy is available to us.
Fascia is the soft tissue that forms the body into one continuous web.
It is also how the body senses and adapts to those demands.
Stiffness.
Pain.
Strain.
Fatigue.
Inflammation.
These aren't signs of failure.
Or ageing.
They are information.
Signs of a body spending more energy than it can restore.
Holding things together.
Getting through the day.
Asking for rest and renewal.
This is incoherence.
A body out of tune.
Â
The Quiet Truth
Your body doesn't feel like it used to.
You seek different ways to feel better.
You stretch for stiffness.
Exercise for strength.
Find ways to calm the mind.
Balance hormones.
Eat for gut health.
Support the immune system.
All of it requires effort. Often using more energy than the body has or requires..
When you only need one way for the body to take care of itself.
A return to coherence.
To quiet.
To inner harmony
Letting the body takes care of itself.
Using less energy to restore energy
This is SomaSensing.
“I am noticing a calm presence that doesn't require mindfulness or vigilance but is emerging from a more embodied place.”
It begins with a pause,
You rest and come to quiet.
The nervous system settles
Fascia begins to whisper
Much of this sensation is beneath awareness. But from quiet, listening begins.
You notice the subtle strain. The quiet bracing.
As you listen to what emerges, the body shape-shifts to ease the holding patterns.
Moving toward what nourishes. What nurtures. What feels good. What restores.
Breath shifts. Tone shifts. Emotion shifts.Â
All at once.Â
This is fascial unwinding.
As strain eases, fascia goes from "stiff to soft."Â
This is hydration. Body moves with ease.
Hydration is how energy returns.
"The somatic pause is mind-blowing—not because I haven't heard the concept before, but because the way it's practiced here is easy, understandable, and available at any time."
— Anna
🌿 What Returns
When you nourish fascia from the inside out?
Suppleness returns without stretching
Strength returns without effort
You feel less achy and stiff.
You move with ease
Breath deepens without trying
You feel calmer
You sleep better
You choose quiet over noise
Body and mind feel connected
Energy feels available again
You notice what nurtures you
Your awareness deepens
Not because you worked on each quality separately.
But because when the strain eases,
fascia nourishes, nurtures and hydrates itself.
The body is no longer spending energy holding strain. Â
Vitality returns - together.
"I feel less fatigued and less sore after 4 weeks." — Lucy, UK
Living from  felt sense
As vitality returns, felt sense sharpens.
It begins with fascial unwinding -how the body moves to attune itself from quiet.
A spontaneous breath.
An inner nudge to move.
A subtle shape change.
We observe how fascia shifts from strain to ease.
From this felt sense, we begin to listen across everything:
Light. Sound. Space. The people around us. What we wear. What we eat.
Fascia becomes the one sense behind everything
Â
Listening From within
We discover the language of the body
We recognise coherence: Fascia softens. Strain eases, the nervous system settles. Clarity emerges. Energy returns
We recognise incoherence: Fascia tightens. The body braces in anticipation. Energy depletes
Our capacity to respond returns. We no longer feel stuck.
Through simple practices
Relief deepens into vitality. Into strength. Into joy. Into freedom.
This is bioharmony — coherence expressed through living tissue.
A practice for longevity.
Fascia becomes how we listen.
From within.
"Yoga puts a plaster on it. With SomaSensing, I feel like I'm dealing with stuff without having to talk about it."
— Claire (UK)
How My Search For Freedom Ended with Fascia
As far back as I can remember, I was searching for freedom.
Freedom in my body.
Freedom from the effort of holding everything together.
Like many women, I began with fitness, yoga, Pilates, bodywork and personal development.
Each revealed something.
Yet something still felt missing.
IÂ kept looking for another method.
For a way to find ease, to feel at home in my body.
To feel free.
My search ended when I discovered fascia.
For over 20 years, I immersed myself in sensing my body through fascia.
Curious every time it revealed itself
How it adapts.
How it heals.
How it knows.
Not simply as connective tissue.
But as a hidden sense.
A way of listening.
Through fascia, I began to understand that the body is always adapting to the demands placed upon it.
Holding patterns.
Bracing.
Protecting.
Conserving energy where it can.
And beneath all of that, I discovered something profound.
The body already knows how to take care of itself.
It doesn't need fixing.
It needs the conditions in which ease can return.
When ease returns, movement changes.
Energy becomes available.
Freedom emerges.
Not one by one.
But all at once.
This understanding became SomaSensing.
A return to listening.
A return to ease.
A return to what the body already knows.
- Yasmin
SomaSensing is your body’s missing language—
The one you were never taught, but always knew.
And the best part?
You can’t get it wrong.
For some, this way of listening remains deeply personal.
For others, it naturally extends into how they support and guide others.
"I get out of emotional state alot quicker with SomaSensing than with yoga"Â -Â vicki, yoga teacher

This Is Why Living In Tune Exists
Connecting you to the body's way, not another way.
One of my guided sessions may have brought you here.
Living In Tune is where you continue at your own pace. A space to connect, explore and discover.Â
Â
This is for you if...
-
You’re tired of collecting methods, stretching, fixing, and tracking, only to feel exhausted.
-
You’ve ticked all the boxes; yoga, Pilates, fitness, somatics, but your body still feels like something you manage from the outside, not something you connect to from within.
Deep down, you know your body isn’t failing. It’s just asking to be heard. You’re ready to stop overriding that signal and start listening to it.
-
You don't want another method, just a way of connecting to a body that knows how to take care of itself.
- You don't want another course to complete but simple somatic practices to embody for life.
For practitioners, this journey is also for you if you know you can only take clients as far as you have gone yourself.
Before you guide another body, your own fascia, your own felt sense, your own way of listening becomes the place you begin.
"I run and do Yoga but this just feels right."
— Jess (UK)
🌿 The SomaSensing Journey  Â
Not a method but a shift in how the body processes information
Connect
From the moment you arrive, you connect to your body.
Coming to quiet through fascia as felt sense.
The hidden sense through which your body knows itself from within.
It begins with the SomaSensing pause.
A moment outside the familiar pattern.
Where new information can arrive.
This is the essential practice for everything that follows.
You return to it again and again.
To a body that already knows.
Explore
From quiet, you begin to sense the inner landscape of your body.
How fascia shifts. How the body listens. How movement begins to emerge from within.
You notice where the body has been bracing. Holding. Protecting. Spending energy to keep things together.
And as strain eases — the nervous system settles. Pain softens. Stress softens. Suppleness returns.
Movement hydrates. Hydration restores vitality.
Exploration becomes a journey of discovery. Of awe. Of wonder.

Â
One sense that guides everything. Â
As the body moves in ways we can never imagine, fascia hydrates, easing held patterns, returning to an inner rhythm.
Fascia keeps revealing itself. It never ends.
Beyond movement — it reveals an intelligence beyond the mind. Already there.
Even after 18 years,
I am still in awe.
Still discovering.
