In Tune
A place for the body to take care of itself.
Where movement, feeling, and healing
emerge as one.
No fixing. No forcing. Just listening
SomaSensing is listening to fascia, the sense that already knows how to move, how to heal.
"I feel less fatigued and less sore after 4 weeks." - Lucy (UK)
Step insideWHEN THE BODY IS UNDER STRAIN
Stiffness, pain, fatigue, emotional strain —
These aren’t signs of failure or ageing.
They’re what can appear
when the body has been bracing in response to stress.
Holding everything together.
Getting through the day.
Keeping things moving.
Often, this happens quietly.
Without us realising how much is being held.
In-Tune supports a return to listening —
so what the body has been managing in the background
can begin to soften and let go.
When you pause to rest and listenÂ
The body begins to reorganise itself.
Breath shifts.
Tone shifts.
Movement arises.
Not through effort.
But because the body recognises
it no longer has to hold everything together.
Movement, feeling, and healing
begin to emerge as one.
"I run and do Yoga but this just feels right."
— Jess (UK)
What In Tune Is
In-Tune is not a course to complete.
It’s a space to connect.
A place to return to the body
and listen to what your body is asking for.
Here, listening isn’t something you do once.
It becomes a way of being with yourself.
Stay for as long as you require.
As that connection deepens, you respond,
đź’«Movement arises.
đź’«Strain softens.
đź’«Energy reorganises.
Not because you're trying to heal yourself. But because the body recognises it can.
"Yoga puts a plaster on it. With SomaSensing, I feel like I'm dealing with stuff without having to talk about it."
— Claire (UK)
Â
SomaSensing is your body’s missing language—
The one you were never taught, but always knew.
And the best part?
You can’t get it wrong.
"I get out of emotional state alot quicker with SomaSensing than with yoga"Â -Â vicki, yoga teacher

The Experience
In-Tune offers a gentle, low-demand way to stay connected.
Your own rhythm.
There's no schedule to keep up with and nothing to get right. You enter when you can. You listen for as long as feels right.
Nothing is overwhelming.
Everything is designed to support rest and renewal—from brief invitations to longer movement explorations.
A gentle unfolding.
The space opens gradually over 12 weeks, allowing the body time to settle. New invitations are released weekly—not to be completed, but to be returned to.
"The somatic pause is mind-blowing—not because I haven't heard the concept before, but because the way it's practiced here is easy, understandable, and available at any time."
— Anna
🌿 The Journey Unfolds in Three Gentle Phases
In-Tune follows the natural rhythm of healing—from awareness to integration:
Know Yourself
Awareness and Awakening
- Learn how your nervous system -disconnects you from your ability to sense, whilst protecting you from overwhelm.
- Fascia embodies how you feel -Â holding stress as stuckness, strain, and hidden bracing beneath awareness.
- Tune into fascia -  to reconnect and sense the difference in sensation between protection and connection.Â
- Experience Fascial unwinding -Â how your body moves to take care of itself from the inside out.
- Experience the sense that brings you back in tune
✨ You’ll discover that beneath the patterns of protection, your body still carries the wisdom to soften, let go, reorganise and bring itself back in tune.
Befriend Yourself
Listening and Letting go Â
- Befriend yourself through fascia and your nervous system - get to know your state from your story. Â
- Learn the language of fascia and interoception to befriend your body’s signals and soften reactivity. Â
- Use the window of capacity tool - to listen to your biology and what you require in that moment.
- Nurture your senses - give your body feel-good sensory experiences to heal the nervous system
✨You’ll begin to feel more at home in yourself — less reactive, more compassionate, and able to rest into your body’s quiet intelligence.
Heal Yourself
Embodiment and Integration
-
Recognise and shift habitual patterns—so you no longer brace, push, or override your body’s signals
-
Feel how movement becomes an expression of your inner state—intuitive, effortless, and true
-
Trust your body —knowing how to move, rest, and return to balance from within
-
Live from your felt sense—where nervous system regulation and embodied awareness guide every step
✨ You’ll experience a new way of being—where movement, emotion, and energy flow together, and your body becomes your most trusted guide.
This is for you if...
You're navigating change in your body, whether through midlife, perimenopause, or life's accumulated strain, and you're weary of adding more practices to your life.
You've tried many approaches and found they address pieces, but not the whole.
You're ready to stop fixing and start listening. To trust that your body already knows how to come back into tune.
If this resonates, step inside.
If you're not sure, that's the body's wisdom too.
🌿 What can happen after 12 weeks
- You’ll wake feeling more rested and less wired.
- Your body will begin to unwind—without needing to stretch or fix.
- You’ll notice energy returning, not draining away.
- Your nervous system will feel calmer, more grounded, less reactive.
- You’ll move with ease instead of bracing or pushing.
- You’ll trust your body again—and know how to listen when it speaks.
- You’ll reconnect to your inner rhythm—and feel more like you again.
Learning to Listen Again
I didn't create In-Tune because I had mastered listening.
I created it because, even with all my knowledge, I stopped listening to what my body was asking for.
Falling into behavioural patterns from the wounds of my past.
In-Tune came from that moment, a return to the body's inner knowing.
A space where I could finally hear my body saying NO.
A space not to be strong, or wise, or capable, but simply to be held with care.
To learn what it means to honour what the body requires.
To find overwhelming joy in the smallest moments of listening.
That is the space I hold for you now.
— Yasmin
