I'm a lover of somatic movement. The founder of SomaSensing and fascinated with the natural world and how we are shaped by nature.
Before discovering the wisdom within, I was a fitness professional used to moving with correct form, control and alignment.
Until I discovered fascia, the soft tissue that senses, moves and shapes us into form. In response to how we think and feel.
Emotional stress, strain and habitual patterns change our shape.Â
SomaSensing is how we return to ease, a state that allows the body to revitalise, reorganise and reshape itself.
Where strength, suppleness and vitality emerge not one by one but all at once.Â

The way nature intended.
My early somatic explorations led me to movement practices inspired by Feldenkrais, Trager and The Franklin Method. These practices helped me sense fascial continuity from within, revealing movement as something far more innate and intelligent than I had previously known.
What Stephen Levin’s biotensegrity added to those somatic explorations was a deeper understanding of wholeness.
I began to sense the body not as separate parts, but as a self-sensing whole, where shape continuously changes in response to information.
SomaSensing™ is how we connect to ths bio-intelligence
From that moment, I could no longer move my body the way I had before. It no longer felt right.
The urge to move intuitively began to emerge, revealing self-healing blueprints through pandiculation, rocking, pulsing, coaxing, bouncing and unwinding motion.
Trauma, stress, anxiety and cultural conditioning can disconnect us from this innate wisdom, organising the body around strain rather than ease.
SomaSensing reconnects us to our original blueprint.
By tuning into fascia, the body restores coherence, integrity and ease from within.
There is nothing to fix.
Only a body waiting to be listened to.
Explore SomaSensing and begin your journey to greater ease, vitality and freedom.
