For over 20 years, I have supported my mother through periods of chronic stress, strain, pain, dysregulation, and illness. 

Again and again, I witnessed something profound.

When the body no longer needed to brace… when the noise of strain softened… when the nervous system returned to quiet… fascia reorganises.

Breathing changed. Sleep improved. Movement becomes easier. Pain eases. Not through a technique but a shift in information.

Over time, this became the foundation of the work I now call SomaSensing™.

A fascia-led somatic approach that guides the body away from stress, strain, and compensation — and back toward coherence, quiet, and relief.

This workshop is not about fixing medical conditions.
