Become a SomaSensing™ Guide
An Invitation to Guide from Fascia, The Somatic Sense
You don't need a new skillYou've Been Searching for This
You've spent years becoming the practitioner you are today.
Studied anatomy. Mastered techniques. Built a practice helping people move better, breathe deeper, release tension they've carried for years. Your clients trust you.
And yet... There's a question that follows you into every session,Â
You witness stuck patterns that won't shift through technique alone. And somewhere deeper than thinking, you sense that Body and mind are not separate. There's an integration you can sense but weren't taught to guide.
So the certifications kept stacking up. Myofascial release. Somatic movement. Nervous system regulation. Each one helped. Each one offered a piece. But none offered a way to connect to the whole.
You don't need a new skill
It's not because you're doing something wrong
It's because you were never taught to work with what actually informs the body.
Not muscle. Not bone. Not even the nervous system alone.
But the living, sensing tissue that connects all of it. The system that processes sensation, stores memory, and determines whether your client's body is free enough to let go.
I'm talking about Fascia.
Not only as scaffolding, wrapping or connective tissue that gives our body shape and form.
But fascia as the somatic sense.
A hidden sense your body uses to feel itself from the inside out.
And when you learn to guide through this hidden sense, everything changes.
đź’«Â What They Never Taught US
Here's what we never knew in yoga training, Pilates certification, Manual Therapy or PT degree:
You don't need another technique.
You need to stop separating what the body experiences as one.
Fascia is not just connective tissue.
It's your body's largest sensory organ, the tissue that integrates body, mind, and biology. This is why you've been trained in so many approaches—each one working with a different aspect of what fascia already holds as a unified whole.
- âś…It has more nerve endings than your skin.
- âś…It processes sensation faster than conscious thought. It holds not just mechanical tension, but emotional imprints, trauma responses, and survival patterns encoded years ago.
- âś… Fascia is a sensory tissue that also forms the living architecture of your body
- âś… The anatomy we studied was based on a body held upright against the force of gravity with movable joints and separate units.
- âś… Living bodies don't organize themselves that way.
- âś… Fascia is the integrated web of tissue that moves as a whole, distributing sensation and information throughout your entire system. So that when one part moves, everything responds.
This is biotensegrity, your body's natural architecture.Â
And here's why this matters:
- 👉 When you work with isolated muscles, specific joints, separate systems, you're fragmenting what the body experiences as unified.
- 👉 The body doesn't feel itself in parts. It feels itself through fascia—as one continuous, sensing whole.
- 👉 That's why the same patterns stay stuck. Why techniques work temporarily but don't create lasting change. Why perfect alignment collapses back into old shapes.
- 👉 You're working with the structure, but fascia holds the story. And that story can only be rewritten through the sense that integrates body and mind.
A Different Way
This is where SomaSensing begins.
Not as another technique to learn. Not another layer on top of everything you've studied. But a return to the one sense that integrates everything you've been trying to address separately.
When you conect to fascia as a sense, release and reorganization emerge together. Not because you're doing more. Because you're finally working with how the body actually organizes itself.
An approach that allows healing and movement to emerge together, without needing to be separated, sequenced, or corrected.
You'll begin by sensing into your own body's intelligence.
Not through prescriptions. Through presence. You're not learning what to do. You're learning how to listen. How to create conditions for the body to do what it's been trying to do all along, reorganize itself from the inside out.
When you guide through fascia, movement becomes the release.
The body has wisdom you can't think your way into. You have to feel your way there. And when you learn to guide from your own embodied knowing, not from techniques you memorized, Your clients feel the difference immediately. They trust their bodies again. They move with ease instead of effort. And you finally become the guide you were meant to be.
Not the one who fixes. The one who holds space for transformation to emerge. You don't need more techniques when you sense your body's intelligence.
What Makes This Training Different
You Learn Through Your Body, Not From Manuals
Traditional training fills your head with information, anatomy diagrams, movement protocols, teaching scripts.
But with SomaSensing you connect to your own hidden sense first. You feel fascia as a living, sensing system within your own body. From that connection, understanding emerges naturally. Knowledge accelerates through embodied experience rather than intellectual memorization.
Somatic movement practices integrate nervous system regulation to reduce stress strain and pain.
What’s less known is that fascia senses itself.  When we attune to this hidden sense, movement and freedom emerge.
Â
Fascia responds to a different intelligence entirely. One that emerges when the mind is at rest.
When the mind rests, fascia becomes responsive. Free to sense, reorganize, and shape-shift in real time. This is the gateway to transformation that technique alone can never access.
The Practice Begins With You
Everyone has this sense. Every body knows how to heal itself from the inside out. You can't guide others to their felt sense if you haven't found your own.
This practice begins with you. Theory has its place, but the center is your lived experience. When you're rooted in your own embodiment, you don't need to perform or prove. You simply guide from presence.
This Will Transform Your Practice
Not by learning another method, but by connecting to fascia the sense that integrates everything your clients have been taught to separate—strengthen this, stretch that, drain the lymph, release the trigger point.
Your clients' chronic patterns begin to shift. The stuckness that wouldn't budge starts to release.
Not because you've learned to fix better. Because you've learned to sense an intelligence that is always there.
WHAT PRACTITIONERS ARE SAYING
"This is unlike any other course, or accreditation process I have ever entered into and, with over 20 years as a movement facilitator, there have been many.
Even though the nerd in me is well taken care of with the latest research and information, it's the way Yasmin guides a process of embodied learning that is truly profound. Guiding from my embodied self as opposed to what I have learned or know cognitively has been such an incredible shift for me."
— Antoinette Kavanagh, SomaSensing™ Practitioner, 20+ years experience
The year IÂ spent journeying with Yasmin to become a Soma
Sensing practitioner has been deeply profound and liberating. She has simplified this practice so beautifully that you can come to quiet and trust in the wisdom of your body. Everything you need is already there, and Yasmin guides you so gently that you can unwind and unfold, like a butterfly taking flight. The benefits are instant. The world desperately needs more Soma Sensing practitioners to be able to get this incredibly sacred work out there.” Â
 – Nazrana Jassat, The Barefoot Coach – Mauritius
"When I found Yasmin Lambat and SomaSensing Somatic Movement Therapy it was no question for me to apply and to dive deeper into the understanding of our Fascia, as a whole-body system, nervous system regulation and how our body is meant to move naturally, how it already knows.
This journey has taken me beyond my imagination. It has been transformative in so many ways, especially in the self-healing area. What's intrigued me is how easy it is to tap into our body's inner wisdom, how easily you can move to heal in a natural, effortless way.
This certification is not a regular, read-hundreds-of-books-learning-process. Instead you learn in a Quantum learning way, that accelerates the learning process and the learning becomes more profound and embodied than regular learning. It takes the pressure off and cultivates curiosity.
Learning becomes effortless. It would not have been the same without Yasmin. Yasmin is highly educated, she has been very supportive throughout the whole journey and she has a heart of gold."

About Me
My name is Yasmin Lambat, I've been guiding bodies for over 30 years. I began as a fitness professional in the early 1990s. I discovered fascia for the first time in 2003, through Thomas Myers Anatomy Trains, whilst training with Polestar Pilates in the UK.Â
I thought I understood bodies. I had the knowledge, the techniques, the training. But the real shift came through somatic movement, the discovery that the body has its own intelligence that can only be accessed through felt sense, not technique. Everything you need is already there. SomaSensing simply shows you how to listen.Â
My approach is gentle, nurturing. There's no pressure, no performance requirements. I create the conditions for your own wisdom to emerge, because that's what this work is truly about.Â
This ISMETA-approved training reflects the highest standards for somatic movement education delivered online. But more than meeting professional criteria, it honors the uniqueness of your journey. Your body already knows. I'm simply here to help you remember.

What Unfolds Through This Training
This isn't a program you consume.
It's a journey you experience.
You'll move through four natural phases as you reconnect with fascia both as a hidden sense and tissue of form.
You'll Experience Four Phases:
Listening
Becoming Aware
The journey begins with listening. Sensing fascia as the hidden sense within your own body—how it shapes your form, informs your movement, self-adjusts in real time. You discover how body and mind are woven together through this sensing tissue. When you stop directing and start sensing, self-adjustment arises naturally.
Emergence
Witnessing Intelligence
You learn to witness what emerges when the nervous system quiets. Movement that arises from within, not from instruction. Self-healing that unfolds without force. You connect to an intelligence beyond the thinking mind—the self-sensing wisdom your body has always held.
Inner Knowing
Recognizing Fascial Wisdom
You begin to recognize how movement and release arise together when the body feels free and unrestrained. You see patterns not through mechanical analysis, but through fascial wisdom. You understand fascia as a fabric of embodiment—the living tissue where sensing, feeling, and moving are unified.
Becoming
Guiding from Presence
You learn to guide from presence rather than performance. To hold space without fixing. To trust rather than control. To facilitate transformation instead of directing it. You become the practitioner who doesn't need techniques—because you've learned to listen.

✨ The Call
This training is limited to 8 practitioners.Â
Â
This training is limited to 8 practitioners. That's what allows me to truly see you, guide you, support your unique journey. This work requires presence. It asks me to witness your unfolding, to understand where you're stuck, to offer guidance tailored to how your body learns and senses.
And here's what I know:
When you're ready, you'll know. Not because of a deadline. Not because spots are filling. But because something in your body recognizes this as the next step in your journey.
You've been searching for this understanding. You've invested years and resources looking for what's been missing. If you felt something shift while reading these words, if your body said "yes, this" even before your mind caught up, that's your answer. The practitioners who transform through this work are the ones who trust that recognition.
In this call, we'll explore whether this training feels right for you and whether you're ready for what it asks.
Your transformation matters to me, and that means being honest about whether this approach resonates with where you are right now.
2026 Cohort enrollment is limited to 8 practitioners.
When those spots fill, the next opportunity won't be for another year.
